Happy July! The word of the month at TDM is FOUNDATION. All month in class we will be emphasizing the importance of a strong foundation by literally focusing on the feet, hands or sacrum as the foundation of our bodies and alignment in the various positions. We will also focus on the breath as the foundation of connection of body to mind. We know that taking time each day to create a thoughtful, intentional foundation helps us not only to be physically stronger and more comfortable in our bodies but to better respond to the challenges that life throws our way.
